We offer standard Technical Support for the BC Hosting only plans via the BC Client Support Center. Inside each BC Dashboard there is a link to the Support Area that includes access to the BC Wiki, Client Forum, Support Ticketing, and Knowledge Center. Click here for, Support Plus Information
BC Subscription Plan Extras
- Additional 1 User $10 / month (10 additional email addresses)
- Additional 5 Users $25 / month (20 additional email addresses)
- Extra Disk Space $15 / 1 GB per annual (charged annually)
- Extra Newsletters $0.01/email (first 10,000 free on applicable plans)
- Extra SMS $15/month per additional 50 SMS (charged monthly)
- Excess traffic charged at $2 / 1 GB (charged monthly, first 100GB free)
General Information
- All sites subject to EBWAY Creative End-User Agreement found here.
- EBWAY Creative reserves the right to change plan features, limits and pricing at anytime.
- All plans are charged for in advance. A credit card must be provided for automatic billing for every site.
- Sites can be canceled at anytime with 30-days written notice via email. Fees paid upfront are forfeited.
- Monthly allocation of email newsletter, SMS and traffic quota expire at the end of each month.
- Users for the BC Reseller Partner Portal do not affect customer site admin licensing limits.
